Address search and maps
When you search for an address or view a Google map, FareRyder sends the search text and map requests to Google Maps Platform to find locations and display maps. Google processes this information under the Google Privacy Policy. Check your selected address and pickup pin before requesting a ride.

FareRyder respects your privacy and works to collect only the information needed to provide transportation, delivery, partner, and support services.
Information we may collect
This may include account and contact information, trip details, approximate or precise location when you authorize it, payment references, communications, device information, and service activity.
Website analytics
We use Google Analytics on our public website to understand visits, traffic sources, and page popularity. Google Analytics uses cookies and device information to measure activity. Our website tag excludes private rider, driver, partner, and operations pages, and removes query strings and fragments from reported page addresses. Advertising personalization is disabled. You can block analytics using your browser privacy controls or the Google Analytics opt-out tool. We honor the Global Privacy Control signal by not loading this website tag.
How information is used
We use information to provide and improve services, coordinate rides and deliveries, support safety and compliance, process payments, communicate with you, prevent fraud, and meet legal requirements.
Text messages
If you separately opt in to FareRyder SMS alerts, we use your mobile number to send transactional messages such as account verification, ride confirmations, driver assignment updates, pickup reminders, trip-status notices, and support replies. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out or HELP for help. Consent is optional and is not a condition of purchase or service. Mobile information and SMS consent
We do not share, sell, or provide your mobile phone number or messaging consent data to third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. We do not rent or transfer mobile information or SMS opt-in data to third parties, affiliates, or lead generators. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent are excluded from all other information-sharing categories and will not be shared with third parties. Consent applies only to FareRyder and cannot be transferred to another sender.
FareRyder collects a mobile phone number and the related consent record only when a user provides them. We use that information to deliver the optional transactional messages described above, maintain opt-in and opt-out records, respond to support requests, and comply with messaging requirements.
Your choices
You may contact us to ask about your information, request corrections, or manage communications. You may disable SMS alerts in your FareRyder account or reply STOP at any time. Some information must be retained where required for safety, payment, tax, insurance, or legal purposes.
