FareRyder SMS opt-in disclosure

This page is a public, no-login review copy of the optional SMS consent shown during FareRyder rider account creation and in Account Notifications. The checkbox is separate, optional, and unchecked by default.

FareRyder may send account verification codes, requested-ride confirmations, driver assignment and pickup updates, trip-status notices, and support replies. Message frequency varies. How a rider opts in

A new rider visits FareRyder rider account creation, enters a mobile number, and actively selects the separate SMS checkbox. Existing riders can choose the same default-off SMS setting in Account Notifications. FareRyder records the user, mobile number, time, and consent state. A rider may decline SMS and still create or use a FareRyder account.

Program and support

FareRyder sends optional transactional messages tied to the rider’s account, requested rides, trip status, and support requests. FareRyder does not send unsolicited marketing through this program. Reply STOP to opt out or HELP for help, email ryde@fareryder.com, or call 667-222-1787.
